Returns & Refunds
We produce our scratch off maps in Europe since 2014 of the best materials, no kidding. And we are here for your excellent customer experience so there is nothing to worry about:). But if for some reason you're not 100% satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve any issue. We strive for great customer service and positive feedback. We want your experience with DMap factory® to be as positive and seamless as possible!
If the item has no defects but you would like to return it you can do this within 14 business days. We will issue a refund for the cost of your purchase ( less the shipping costs). Buyer is responsible for the item's return shipping costs).
Products returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect, will be either replaced, subject to availability, or you will receive a full refund ( include the shipping costs).
If your order is damaged in transit, has a manufacturer defect, or if an incorrect item is shipped to you, please contact us for replacement details within 5 days of receipt.
You MUST contact us prior to sending an item back. Please contact us as follows.
Send an email message to email@example.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number (this can be found on the confirmation e-mail we sent you after you placed your order).
- The name of the product.
- The reason for wishing to return the product and whether you are requesting a refund or replacement. Replacement of any item is subject to availability. In the case of damaged items, please provide us with a full description of the damage and three good photos clearly showing the damage.
All product packaging (such as tube) must be returned with the item.
