Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a customer of DMap factory, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason. This period starts from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise this right, please inform us at dmf@thorough-solutions.com or via our contact form within the 14-day period. After that period, a withdrawal from your purchase contract and refund will not be possible.

The returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags (where applicable), and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Returns and Refunds Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at dmf@thorough-solutions.com or via our contact form. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds will only be granted and processed after we have received and inspected the returned goods to confirm they are in good condition for resale.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of the goods and any standard delivery charges of the original shipping to you. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

In order to request a refund for a damaged or faulty product, it is important that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you accept a damaged package or product, you cannot request a refund. You will also not be refunded if the damage is a result of your handling or usage of the purchased product.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item or if you need further general assistance.
